History

Our headquarters is located in Rzeszow. We have dealt with professional customer service for more than two years, during which we have successfully completed many projects for individual clients and businesses. The results of our work can be seen in the portfolio, where we put websites made ​by our company. Currently, we gradually expand our range of services so you can receive a comprehensive offer.

Expertise

We specialize in Web pages, we also help in finding the best host, positioning company, or a graphics expert. Frequently we do business pages, with CMS, individual product catalogue or news. Less often we create online stores. We do not sell the finished product, each order is individually analyzed and the final version of the project is tilored to the needs of our customers. Our projects are visually and functionally suited to individual needs better than those produced by competitors.

CMS

At the beginning of our activity we created a separate software for each individual web page. However, this meant high unit costs and extended delivery time. On the other hand ready CMS systems (content management systems) are in most cases, less inflexible and not suited to the individual needs of our clients. Hence, we started to develop our own solution - SymfoCMS platform. The aim of the system is to combine the advantage of a customized software (and therefore cheaper licenses), on the other hand gives the flexibility to hook it up to any web page they invent. Finally, it allows disabling or removing all the unnecessary features that prevent the Customer from an easy and quick change in the content of his Web pages.

Employees

The coordinating team is working in Rzeszow whereas most of our subcontractors are scattered all over Poland. We are looking for and selecting employees for the quality of work, timeliness and ability to work on smaller batches of projects. It is so important for us because we specialize in creating complex web solutions. In making websites  at a high level we assume not one, but the 2-3 specialists from various fields. In addition, in order to meet the deadlines, we must always have contractors in reserve (someone might get sick, someone may not cope with the unique problem of the job, etc.).

Experience

We have done and already implemented a significant number of projects. Of course, some of them no longer can be found on the web. Web pages quickly grow old. However, we are proud to have put the latest ones in our portfolio.

Company

As a company, in comparison to a single freelancer we give our customers more. We conduct internal testing of the work done by separate staff (specialized in this). So the customer gets a tested website. We have the possibility of substitution of the contractor, who can not cope with the task, or is indisposed. We combine the work of many specialists from different fields, so that layout pages is dealt with by graphics specialist and the new software, module by experienced IT programmer. However the analysis of purpose and specification is done be an analyst. You can always contact us. Finally, by separating the settlements with the client and the contractors, we can choose the contractors for the project, and not vice versa. Often the contractor encourages the customer to complete the project in such a way that he is able to perform. We have already selected the contractors and we supervise and motivate them, not the client.

Deadlines

Deadlines are set, taking into account the implementation of those orders first, that we have. In this case each term is determined with the client before, including the immediately preceding projects and the window for the customer. Otherwise we could not meet any deadline.
It is worth to note that the date of execution of such services is affected by the client as well as WebSet. A customer must accept the work at many stages. Such acceptance can be prolonged, simply because of the holidays and meeting the decision-making body. From practice, we know that half of the work schedule remains on the client’s side. But we try to anticipate and advise on this matter in order to terminate the project in the most sensible time.
